TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT
At Sunshine, the salespeople are set up to win. The company have an outstanding reputation throughout New England among facility managers, general contractors, architects, and business owners for delivering custom signs noted for their craftsmanship. Sunshine management gives salesmen the tools and performance training needed to build strong customer relationships. Compensation is a combination salary and commission. Initial salary is variable depending upon experience.
PROJECT MANAGER
Project Managers are responsible for shepherding jobs through from start to finish – from design through fabrication to installation. Project managers sometimes hire subcontractors, if needed, and coordinate timelines with other trades such as electricians and suppliers. They also communicate with customers, general contractors and subcontractors to make our work dovetail with the overall project, as well as our production department. This job requires a very organized individual with very strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to negotiate, the ability to think on their feet and multi-task. Results are rewarded. 100% customer retention is the goal. Business-to-business customer service background is preferred. Some travel for job site visits is required. Pay range is variable depending upon experience.
