Craftsmanship And Keeping Promises:
What Our Two And A Half Decades Of Experience Have Taught Us About Pleasing People
When we started in 1982, our focus was not on growth or longevity. We simply wanted to put out a good product, and to keep our customers satisfied. Those were our main goals then, and they're our main goals now.
Naturally we're proud that our firm has achieved a long record of success and is able to offer so many capabilities. But we've always believed that these achievements flow from our original goals - not the other way around.
In our quarter century in business, the most important things we've learned all come down to three basic principles:
1. There's no substitute for service.
Everyone knows what good service is. They know when they're getting it, and when they're not. We always strive to provide good service. And if we've failed in any way, we want to know.
2. A sign says much more than just what's on it.
The design, construction, lighting, sitting - all these, and many more aspects, send a message about your property or organization. That's one reason we're so focused on quality, craftsmanship, durability, and maintenance.
3. A promise is a promise.
When we accept your job, we're making a commitment to you: to do everything we can to make the process and the result the way you want them. It's a promise we make to every customer, for every job.
