The culture here is very much a team atmosphere - a place where the people you work with are the key ingredients to the company’s success.

Our owner, Dave Glispin, built our sign business from scratch with a friend, Mark Herbert, in 1982 and has grown the company slowly but surely to become one of the premier sign companies in New England.

Our goals are to build a good product, keep our customers satisfied, and provide the opportunity for our team of sign professionals to thrive as individuals. There are no politics or favorites played in the company. Everybody is treated fairly and with respect. Performance is noted and paid accordingly.

The company is safety conscious. No one is ever asked to do something unsafe or that they are not trained to do. The building is clean and orderly. We pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date equipment whether it is machinery, vehicles or computers.

What We Do

We make custom signs for colleges, hospitals, banks, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, real estate developments and municipalities. No two projects are exactly like. Each day is new and different. Each assignment presents unique challenges, challenging our team to deliver fresh, custom solutions to our clients.

Sunshine Sign is a fast-paced environment requiring many talents all working together in a coordinated fashion:

• Our designers come up with ideas which turn into jobs,;
• Our estimators figure out the best way for us to deliver both Quality & Value to our customers;
• Our fabricators make the signs, painters decorate the pieces, assemblers put it all together;
• Our installers put it up and service people keep it lit.
• Along the way, our project managers and administrative support staff make sure that our services are delivered on-time, on budget, and true to the goals of our customers.
