Designer
Prepares original sign designs from information given to him by salesmen. Typically, the salesman has an idea of what type of sign are wanted, size limitations imposed by ordinances and the physical dimensions of the property and the building front along with the company’s logo, letter style and colors. If the building exists, the salesman provides digital pictures of the building and surrounding area. He also gives information as to budget and what others are proposing. With this information, our designers then prepare design options from which are customers can choose. The pay range varies with experience.

This job requires a very organized individual with very strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to negotiate, the ability to think on their feet and multi-task.
